Khusbu Shah

Khusbu practices in the areas of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, complex commercial litigation, construction litigation, surety law, and insurance defense.
Prior to attending law school, Khusbu earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas. She graduated cum laude from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2024. While at Texas Tech, she served as the Vice Chair of Competitors on the Board of Barristers and the Class President for the Student Bar Association. Khusbu was also part of the Civil Practice Clinic. In her free time, Khusbu spends time enjoying volleyball, pickleball, and trying new local coffee shops with friends and family.
