
Taylor Feldt Morris
Associate
Taylor practices in the areas of construction litigation, surety law, complex commercial litigation, and bankruptcy law. She has experience representing project owners, contractors, subcontractors, and sureties in disputes involving delay damages, lien and bond claims, and breach of indemnity actions.
Taylor is a native of the Dallas-Fort Worth area. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and a minor in History. Following her undergraduate degree, Taylor earned her law degree from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law. While in law school, Taylor was an active member of the Student Bar Association, serving as a mentor to incoming students from 2019 to 2021. She also competed on the National Criminal Procedure Moot Court Team and the Federal Bar Association’s Thurgood Marshall Moot Court Team.
Following law school, Taylor spent a year in insurance defense before dedicating the remainder of her career to complex commercial litigation, with a focus on construction and surety matters. In her free time, Taylor enjoys traveling with her husband, exploring new restaurants, and watching reality TV.
